Either training is just becoming very routine to me or I’m crazy. Probably more like I’m crazy because I feel like training has become very routine to me.
With my last two weekends away I guess I expected to have more difficulty getting back into the swing of things, but last night I made up a brick I missed while in Vegas, this morning I ran two shake-out miles to test the morning heat, followed by forty minutes on the treadmill post-work and a yoga class AND I don’t really feel like I’ve been training all that much.
Three (kind of like four) workouts in the last 24 hours?! Yeah, I might be crazy.
